So, i'm a nut when it comes to organization.
I have a planner that i hand draw, I use my phones calendar obsessively, and I even set notifications to drink water at certain times a day. But My question is, How could I make my dieting more organized WITHOUT calorie counting? Also, I broke my scale (NOT by standing on it, haha) and now I dont have a way to weigh myself, and all of this disorganization is driving me bonkers!!!!!
