I love seeing the scale dip down into a new number! That, for me, usually means that the body is ready to be at a new weight and if I behave well, I'll get there
I found that this thread helps a lot with accountability. I have to admit to being discouraged and not wanting to post when the scale goes up. But I realize that if I stop and lose the momentum, it'll be even harder to get back on the wagon. So I told myself to keep on checking in even if it's just a small weight update

Same here. But it's sure nice to know there are other people fighting the same battle, and that we are here to encourage one another.

On my scale this morning I was once again 148.0 but I'm okay with that. I've been working out pretty hard and usually will see a temporary bump up when I do that, so the fact that it's holding steady is okay with me.

Unfortunately accountability with others only go so far when the motivation is not there. I'm feeling pretty demotivated at the moment. This is potentially from feeling bogged down by my busy schedule. I'll try to get some for of exercise in today to see if i can kickstart that motivation back up .

water weight is almost gone I believe. I have been 144.6 for two days straight now and I have done well for it being a weekend. Not great but well! LOL I have literally been taking it hour by hour. Breakfast is a bit higher in calories but my hopes are that I can get outside before it rains and burn atleast half of my breakfast off. Hope yall go down quickly!

Nichols- glad the water weight is gone!

I weighed in this morning at 147.4. That is a new low for me. I'm hoping to see the scale go down further because I installed flooring both days over the weekend and am unbelievably sore and so I'm hoping that there is some water weight in there as well from all the DOMS. Regardless I'm happy with what I saw on the scale this morning. Any time I can maintain or even lose over the weekend is good, since that's usually when my diet gets a little fast and loose. I do better during the week.

Made it ALMOST all the way through the weekend without a binge eat episode. 5:00 rolled around and I messed up. Instead of throwing my weight back up to 148 though it only knocked it up to 146.0. Been doing good today but the weekdays are so much easier. Hoping to get down to get down to 143 this week. We will see!

Dee and Nichol: I'm with you guys there on it being easier during the weekdays. Went up almost 2 lbs this weekend and am pretty disappointed because I'll take me all week to drop them.
These next three weeks will be busy so i will not be able to exercise as much. With that said, I'll try my best to eat as clean as possible to make up for the lack of calories burned.

I hope y'all don't mind a late joiner. I just found this forum a couple of days ago. I stayed in the 135-138 range for a couple of years (after already having put on 20 pounds in a month or two thanks to stress eating and Rx meds side effects). Then OMG I put on another 10 in a matter of days when hubby lost his job. Now I weigh 147.8 as of this morning . I am working on my plan to stop the crazy. Nibbling 1/2 a Quest bar with my coffee instead of eating out with hubby.

Chub: I completely understand ...I gain 2 lbs...I lose 2 lbs..back and forth between the week and the weekend. It's frustrating but I do it to myself.

JBurton: Welcome! I'm sure it will take you no time to take off that weight. Good luck!

Weigh in this morning at 146.0. Had a good eating day and working out day yesterday was hoping to see a drop but didn't. Oh well TOM is nearing so that could possibly be it. Would REALLY like to see 143.0 this week but we will see. Usually lose the most weight during TOM. **fingers crossed**

Did really well yesterday. Weighed in this morning at 145.6 (Only down .4 lbs) but again TOM is somewhere close so it is what it is. I'm so tired of being in the 140's ... been fighting to stay within the 140s for awhile but I'm tired of looking at how round my face looks compared to the 130s.. It's crazy what a 10 lb weight gain can do. Hope everyone is doing well!

Woo hoo! 145.0 this morning. (Down .6 lbs) As far as I know all the water weight has came off and now it's a slow trend downward. Coffee definitely helps curve my appetite throughout the day. And I've gone from the fru-fru starbucks drinks t(260 calories) to drinking out of the keurig (90 calories) so I'm pretty proud of myself. Hope everyone is doing well!

Great job on the steady trend downward Nichols! If you keep this up, it won't take long for you to break through to the 130s.
I'm up to 144.8 this morning and am frustrated. I'll take a break from the scale and will weigh in on Monday.

I can't seem to kick the weight I put on at the start of April. I'm staunchly in the high 140s, I want to lose these ten pounds by the end of July and be done with them! So annoying.

Hey everyone. Checking in real fast. Was up this morning to 145.8. TOM is here so hoping it goes down from there.

My sons tournament is tomorrow so I will be around the concession a lot...going to try my hardest to avoid it. Hope everyone is doing great and going down on here!
