I will be entering the 144's this week. My face loses its bloated look when I get below 145 and I start to look like myself again. I wish my jeans would be loser, but I'll have to wait for 140 for that to happen.

Have a great weekend everyone!
Oh, it's always nice when our faces start to have that more defined look!

The jeans will happen soon!

447.0 this morning. The difference between the 130's and 140's is insane. My whole body slims out between 138-142...and then starts picking up after 143...it's insane. But I'm back on eating right. I have never stopped working out but since ball season started up it's been concession..out to eat...concession...out to eat. Working out has stayed good though. So here's to get out of the 140's quickly.

149.4 for me this AM. I rode my bike for 2 hours yesterday, so got a good workout in. Need to get a good workout in tonight just to decompress- my afternoon at work has been crazy busy. We're having computer problems and I'm the only one who knows diddly about computers, my co-worker is out on vacation and I'm doing his work too, and my boss just handed me his brand new tablet to set up for him because, well, he pays me so he doesn't have to. Haha. But man I hate setting up new devices.

Nichols: i find that it usually takes me a good 5 days to drop the water weight (or what i think is the water weight) . This happens pretty much every week where I'm super high in weight on monday due to the crazy eating on the weekend and then by friday, I'm back to the original weight.
This would be so much easier if i could get my eating under control
Dee: no gain is definitely a plus!

Saw some movement on the scale today, 148.4. So hoping that's real and not just a water fluctuation, haha!

Nichols: Good luck, hope you got the swoosh today!

Chub: I SO hear you- keeping my eating under control is the hardest part. I can be pretty active, but it's so hard to not eat more than I should. I don't get full feeling until I'm well past the point I should have stopped. I have to really be mindful to remember to stop before I feel full.

Hi all.So glad the 140s is an active thread. It really helps to read about success others have.I am 145.6 today.I feel like anything under 140 will be goal for me.I started this journey 100 pounds ago.I"m trying to spend some quality time with family this summer. My youngest son and I are going to visit my grandmom tomorrow to celebrate her 96th birthday. Work stress and financial stress is tough on me right now, but I"m trying to stay positive. Feeling grateful for my weight loss. It has been a real blessing.I"m trying to make myself become a more active person. That is so hard for me. I"m so proud of all of you that are big exercisers.

Hi Miracle- you're doing great, and so close to goal! Way to go! My goal is 135 but I'm willing to reassess as I go along. I know I'm not too low yet, because I can still have a decent layer of fat on my stomach, upper arms, thighs and butt. But I know I'm getting close, as well.

148.6 today. And while that's up a bit over yesterday, I have a chronic gut dysbiosis that has been acting up really bad since yesterday so some of that might be inflammation.

I mowed the lawn yesterday- I'm a weird one that actually enjoys doing that, I like laying down the perfect little stripes in the lawn- and I walked both the dogs individually. I got 23K steps in yesterday.

Happy Monday, 140'ers. For once, I had a pretty good weekend in terms of being good about my diet. I am at 148.0 this morning, which is a new low for me- at least in the past 15 years. I got tons of walking in! Got 23K steps in Friday, 19K steps in Saturday, and 11K steps in Sunday. I also did some resistance training, yoga and tried a new dance workout yesterday which I was pretty awful at but it was fun nonetheless.

My gut is still acting up, not sure what I got into. I'm going to eat super clean for a few days and see if that helps.

I hope everyone else had a great weekend!

miracle: it's so inspiring to me to see how far you've come and how close you are to your goal . It makes the 20lbs I'm trying to lose so doable!
Dee: amazing job on the steps! I've been on my stationary bike a lot but I think I will change it up and go on the treadmill tomorrow to get some steps in

Back up to 147.4 this morning. Instead of screwing up the whole weekend I screwed up Sunday pushing me back up to 148. 7.4 lbs until I'm back down to 140.

Hi everyone-

Chub, way to keep track. Tracking gives us the tools to know if we need to make changes or what to our program.

Nichols- same thing- way to keep track! We all have our ups and downs, but at least by keeping track we know what we need to do.

I was down to 147.6 yesterday but am back up to 148.0 today. It was nice to see the scale flirt with 147 for a bit anyway, haha.
