This time of year is generally stressful anyway for many of us, but my family gets the added bonus of moving across the country for my husband's new job that starts in January! We are hoping to move before Christmas but finding a rental property is not proving to be very easy due to distance. I booked several viewings for last weekend but everything fell apart except for two properties, one of which was a NO and the other one the agency messed us around and got my hopes up for nothing.
So now I'm trying to notice my fall-back behaviours for stress, and I was REALLY craving pasta last night.
I need to go out running, I feel the desire/need building up inside me but I didn't get out of bed early enough this morning. (must go tonight when husband gets home!)
I also meditate, so right now my stress relievers are pasta, running, and meditation. I feel like I need to replace pasta as a crutch.
What do you do to relieve stress?
