Great job Kfunk! Looks like you're moving down.

I ate something yesterday that did not agree with me, lol. I feel like my stomach is still paying for it. When I stepped on the scale it looked like it said 177.

How are you losing weight, are you doing calorie counting? I am trying to do low carb, but all the holiday treats are getting to me.

oh no! I hope that your stomach feels better soon! Glad to see that some of that water weight went away for you!!

Yes, I am calorie counting. Usually end up in the 1400-1700 range.

you are moving down very nicely!!! We are going out to eat tonight and even though I plan on staying within my calorie range, I bet I see a jump up tomorrow!

Restaurants tend to have a lot more sodium in their food than home cooked meals. I bet if you drink a lot of water afterwards, you can stave off some of the water retention. But besides that, have fun and enjoy yourself!

174.6 today.. I expect to go up tomorrow because we went out to breakfast this morning and I ate WAY to much at both meals! UGH!!

If it makes you feel any better... Today I skipped breakfast before work, because I was too darn tired to make it. This led to me eating not one, but TWO whole donuts at work. Then after I got off work, my husband asked me to get french fries and onion rings from our local place on the way home, so I indulged in those. Then to top it off, my brother in law came with a bunch of cookies and candies, and I had some of those, too. I am not looking forward to the scale tomorrow.

I weighed in at around 176 this morning, but it was at 5am. Way too early!

176 again today. I kinda feel stuck. Hopefully the scale will start going down soon... But I am due for my period, so it will probably show on the scale, too.

Also, I'm considering weighing only once a week. I'm thinking Wednesday or Thursday because I don't have to get up super early on those days for work.

I have considered weighing in weekly as well! I think it would be something to look forward to! I would probably need to hide my scale in the meantime though!

UGH, I hope that you get a big whoosh after your period wraps up. I usually stall the week before it but I have lost while on it, maybe that will happen to you as well?

Yesterday was a good day on plan for me so hopefully if I can string several together before our Christmas celebrations I can get back to my low of 172.8

Do you want to pick a day where we both weigh in once a week? Mine doesn't have to be Wednesday or Thursday. It can be any day of the week, really. That way we both can encourage each other on the same day.
