Hello. 171 for a few days for me.
I hope I won't be in this tread too long. I am new to weight loss, but I got pretty good at weight gain over the last 10 years.
Too much wine and rich food. In May I was 202 and I decided I had to turn this 56 year old, 5'2" ship around. I am following a modified IF WOE and LOVE IT. It makes great sense for my unpredictable lifestyle. I also added cycling and have put 700 miles on the road since May as well. I am in a hilly area, so the cycling has a HIIT element to it. I am averaging 1.8 pounds off per week, but I expect that will slow down a bit at some point, especially as the weather turns.
