well after seeing 178.3 on 3/7 I am back down to 174.4 today. I think it has to do with this cold that I have acquired . Today has been a perfect eating day for me so I should be able to shed the rest of this mess
Thanks love2b150! It's good to be out of the 180s, hoping to stay here a little while. Initial goal ( this month)is to get under 80kg. I did it over a year ago and it just didn't last so trying to be patient.

I had a little bit of setback after vacation, but am back to 177.2 -- I know better than to set my expectations too high (usually backfires), but I hope to get out of this decade quickly -- it will take me out of the obese range.
Reached my highest ever weight last week, 180 pounds and reality hit me in the face! I did a detox and definitely lost some water weight... 176.6 today, and now, the struggle begins!! Hope the scale keeps going down!
Checking in at 183...I refuse to go back to the 180s thread so i'll post again once I get back in the 170s. I'm currently doing the Clearvite Detox Diet so hopefully I see great results. I got up to 195 (horrible,horrible eating) so I'm down 12 pounds so far.
I keep losing and regaining the same 10 pounds. I am determined to say goodbye to the 170s for good this time. I was 173 last Friday. I was 158 about three years ago, but have been back and forth between 160s and 170s ever since.
Just made it to this thread at 179.5! It's been very slow going for me, and I have both a high school reunion and my own wedding this summer. Please share any tips to speed up my loss.
Down to 176! Loving that I'm finally seeing results!! I haven't consumed any caffeine for two months and, as of yesterday, started a mild fat burner (120 mg for 2 pills).I worked out, then came home and cleaned my house like a mad woman. Not hoping to see a miracle with the fat burner, but when you're doing everything right, it'll definitely help target body fat and boost metabolism.
