I've been MIA for a couple months. Between the holidays, taking on a new job, and getting into powerlifting, I've been swamped. I'm sitting at 181 right now but hoping to be back in the 170's in a few days!.
My weight surged right at the end of January and although it has dropped again each day I am back to 180! Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back in this thread properly.
I saw this 170's thread and want to join - but not for too long!!
Seems I can't get out of the 170's and hope the support helps me! As lately as last year I maintained in the 160's for a number of months and hope to be there again soon.
Yesterday I was down to 179.6 and today was back up to 181.4. I'm blaming the brutal workout my trainer put me through. Muscles are very sore so I know I'm retaining water as a result. I'm just glad to finally see the 170's again. Low carb definitely works best for me.
Mind another newcomer? I'm active in the Beck thread. I bounced up into the 170s last year after getting down to 159 and now that's a distant memory ... then edged closer to 180 and decided to restart after starting to panic. Yet I'm not working hard enough on eating smaller portions to get closer to the 160 range and beyond one day. Tonight's goal is to eat just until satisfied and not until full. I struggle with that.

Hi everyone! I weighed in at 172.6 today. Hoping to get out of the 170s within 1-2 weeks. TOM started Saturday, so I think I got a little whoosh of weight loss, since I was 174 the other day. We shall see... Thanks for the inspiration. We can do this!

This is exactly my situation!! We are around the same weight (173) and both started our TOM!
I still feel bloated so I'm hoping for a whoosh at the end of the week
