173 this morning!! HUZZAH!! I was so sure I wasn't going to make any progress this week because of TOM, but it hit later in the week and I had a few days of whoosh right before. Love that.
Sheila, best of luck breaking out of your plateau! That scale sure can be a jerk, huh? Sounds like you're on course, though! 175 is just around the corner!
I took Friday- Monday off from dieting because I've heard that helps with plateaus. Then Tuesday- Thursday I ate about 150 calories fewer then I normally eat, and really upped my excercise. Today I weighed myself and I was 169.2. I am very happy!

Hooray! Keika! you have been just killing it! I finally saw the lucky number 5 on the scale today!

Wow!....Congrats! That is fantastic! I may give that method a go next time I get stuck. You should be happy. What progress!!!
so after a bit of a nightmare year, im back in the 170's.... 176.8 this morning.
I have 11 weeks to get down to around 152 so all my summer clothes will fit (hopefully! i was really fit last year, muscle weighs more so i was small but strong).

175 even today! Yay! This week should be a challenge. I am going to visit my family and friends for a week out of state and that generally involves lots of food and drink. This time its also going to involve a lot of willpower for me. I weight myself everyday to stay accountable and not to have my scale .....well, that's how I can easily slip into denial. Cross your fingers I can hang in there and be strong!
171.5 last night. I have been stuck on that weight for a while now, but getting closer to the goal! Moving this week, so hopefully lifting some furniture and carrying some boxes will help burn a few extra calories!
171.6 this morning!! I FINALLY started seeing my water weight whoosh yesterday, and have dropped nearly two pounds in two days! .7 pounds to go before I've reached my first goal... the goal with the deadline, the goal that's actually important, the goal that I never, ever thought I'd actually reach when I started in January! This is it! And I'm still losing water, so maybe if I'm lucky, I'll hit 170 by tomorrow?

I've still got 10-20 pounds to go before I'll have reached my ultimate goal, but this is the one I set in January, and I met it 6 days in advance of my deadline. Agh, I'm so happy!!
I was out of town visiting family and friends last week and no surprise, I gained a little weight. Not too much, only .6 lbs so as of this morning that puts me at 175.6. It looks as though I'll be hanging around this thread for a little longer!

I haven't been checking in here as I should, but I continue with the good fight to get below 170. Weekend eating was pretty good (for me) and I even spent some time with my DBF which usually means eating off plan. I've got a crockpot full of vegetable soup with cabbage simmering in the kitchen now, and I plan to eat a bowl of that soup first with most meals. It's really filling and helps because it's very low calories.
