Is anyone still around this thread? My weight loss efforts slowed down significantly over the spring, but ready to kick it into gear again! I've got 4-5 lbs. left to get out of 70's but my short-term goal is to get into 50's; that is where I start feeling a little more comfortable in my skin, plus it takes me out of obese range. Let me know if anyone is still around here, we can try and keep each other accountable!

Here I am again.... trying again. I was loosing weight last year and got pretty good with it but then over the fall and winter got the into the habit of not watching what I eat and stopped exercising. So now I am back up again with my weight. A do over for me

This morning I broke into the 170s at 178.8. I'm glad to be here but hope I won't be around too long!

Hello. 171 for a few days for me.

I hope I won't be in this tread too long. I am new to weight loss, but I got pretty good at weight gain over the last 10 years. Too much wine and rich food. In May I was 202 and I decided I had to turn this 56 year old, 5'2" ship around. I am following a modified IF WOE and LOVE IT. It makes great sense for my unpredictable lifestyle. I also added cycling and have put 700 miles on the road since May as well. I am in a hilly area, so the cycling has a HIIT element to it. I am averaging 1.8 pounds off per week, but I expect that will slow down a bit at some point, especially as the weather turns.

I woke up to 169.6 this morning. If I am below 170 tomorrow, I will search for the 160s group. Thinking good thoughts for all!

I've been 177 lb for a week or so. It's incredible, I started in the 220s and here I am.....
