  • I just had this urge to start a running list of all the "snacks" or "mini meals" or whatever that are approximately 100 calories or less. Would love to have everybody and anybody just keep posting 'em as you think of them for the edification of all of us calorie counters. Not thinking of whether said item is healthy, low fat, low carb, low points or whatever, just feelin' like making a list of anything and everything that we can eat that's 100 cal or less!

  • Ok, Amarantha, I will respond to your request, Signed Amarantha. Here are some approximately 100-cal things I like to eat. Will post more later:

    1/2 serving oatmeal w/Splenda ~ 75 calories

    Apple ~ 100

    EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control Shake~110

    Hard Boiled Egg ~ 70-80

    10 cherry tomatoes ~ 50

    10 baked Lay's potato chips ~ 110
  • Here is what I know:

1 container Jello ff pudding 100 cal

1 container ff Yoplait light yogurt 100 cal

    1 serving (48) thin pretzel sticks 100

1 slice bread, 1 slice lowfat (25 cal) ham with mustard 95 cal

    30 green grapes 90 cal

    3/4 cup frozen blueberries 70

    3/4 c frozen strawberries 70

    1 small apple 50

    1 small orange 50
  • I love sweets....

    "Lite" fruit cocktail 60 calories
with 1 tbsp whipped cream 20 calories

    Mayfield Fudge Stix 80 calories
  • My favorites are-

    Pria Bar--110 Calories
    String Cheese--80 Calories
    TCBY Sorbet Bar--80 Calories
  • Thanks, gma2one, Angel-lover and mthrgoos68 for the great ideas!

    I'm adding:

One lf crumpet (70) w/butter spray (0) and teaspoon cinnamon sugar (15), total 85

One tablespoon natural peanut butter ~ 100*

*(I "fix" my natural pb when I get it home from the store by pourding off some of the separated oil and stirring in a packet or two of Splenda then refrigerating ... this tastes like the bad processed stuff but has no trans fats or sugar and slightly less fat and calories, I never miss the calories).
  • 1 serving of 100% fruit golden apple sauce (1/2 cup) - 80 calories
one cup of blueberries - 82 calories
1 serving of melba toast garlic rounds - 60 calories
1/2 cup dried carnberry and apple mix - 110 calories
  • Thanks, Zadie! I'd forgotten about those garlic rounds. Used to love 'em; going to buy some. I'm getting some good ideas from this thread!

Adding the "staybit" I just had:

1/2 Myoplex Lite Cinnamon Roll Crunch Bar ~ 55

  • Jello SF/FF Gelatin...10 cals per 1/4 cup serving (which means you could eat the whole box, if you were so inclined, for only 40 cals!)
2 Tbsp Cool Whip...25 cals (regular Cool Whip, not reduced fat, has only 1.5 gm of fat per serving)
  • Here is a listing of snakcs varying from 25 calories to 150 calories.... this is actually a compilation of 2 seperate lists so some may be duplicated....

    hope this helps everyone!
