I gained .6 and I am still waiting for my visitor. Hopefully after this week's WI, it will go down, and my visitor would have come and gone.

Sitting at 181.9 today. Grrr. I vow to NOT let myself slip back when I make it to the next decade! It really got in my head last time and that was two weeks ago!

You can do it Kris ^_^ Maybe try to do cardio one more day in the week? Also, remember to drink a lot of water and to keep eating clean

Thank you so much for your encouragement, Shymouse! I appreciate it. I actually was slamming lemon water yesterday and it must have worked as I was down to 180.1 today. The water really does help!!! Hope all is well with you!

Have a great weekend everyone. Keep fighting the good fight!

Hi, everyone! I am not in the 180s, yet. Can I join in with your conversation, though? The 190s thread is completely dead and I could use somewhere to be.

The last time I was in the 180s was... Probably last summer? Maybe early fall? I don't really know. I don't even know when I was truly in the 190s, last. I stopped weighing myself somewhere around May of last year. At the time, I was trying to get into the 170s. By January of this year I got myself up to 205.3 pounds. OUCH.

Anyway, I can't wait to be an official 180s girl! I hope that I can support you all in your weight loss journey, in the meantime.

You are welcome Kris, I am doing okay. When my visitor finally comes and goes, hopefully I go down a bit. Though, I know stregth training isn't going to help right now.

Hey Trixie, nice to see you here and I am fine with you being here. I am actually in the 190s at the moment, and I hope it isn't for too long now. Other factors probably have me there, but oh well. I am sorry that the 190s are dead, I probably would have been there if I hadn't made an account before my first of the month WI.

Tomorrow I weight in and hopefully I didn't gain, but if I did I won't let it discourage me. I actually think my visitor is delayed as I started working out. It could be too much stress for my body, but who knows as it normally does what it wants anyways.

Welcome, Trixie! The more, the merrier! Glad you are here with us! Yeah, I think I started this thread when I was in the 90's too, because the 90's threads had tumbleweeds rolling through it! lol You will get to the 80's soon, I just know it!

You have the right attitude! You are doing everything right and with working out/visitor -- at some point you'll have a big whoosh down and your hard work will pay off.

Still at around 180 -- hoping to get to the 70's within a few days, but I'm going to stick around this thread for a while. I don't want to fall into the trap of thinking I am "done" with this decade when I'm just a few lbs. under and in reality, that can be a meal or two-- which is what landed me back here last time. lol

Nice to see everyone.
Still hanging in there in the 180s.
Eating too many carbs lately - I think it's a winter thing.
Looking forward to spring and back to yummy salads!

I've been doing low carb and before the holidays I had dropped down to 175 but this time around I'm just sitting between 180-183. I dropped water weight and now nothing. Trying to stay optimistic!!

Good morning, everybody!
Kris - thanks for the welcome! I totally get the thinking of not wanting to move on too quickly to the next decade. I mean, weight fluctuations can happen all of the time. I've noticed that a lot of people on 3FC get really upset when they go up a pound or two for a few days... I think it's that they get into that trap of thinking they are done with a particular number.

Thank you for the welcome too, shymouse!

I need to focus on salads, too, Watercolor

Hey, Watercolor! Spring is around the corner. Hang in there! Day Light Savings is beginning of March and it's usually downhill from there. I'm looking forward to it as well!
