Yeah, my old one I tapped to turn on. This one I just get on. I was doing it wrong initially. It seems more sensitive to being moved around. I found a spot for it, there it will stay. Its more consistent than the old one though.
Thanks, Watercolor. Hope to see you in the 170's soon!
Frozen, I will have an apple with a light Baby Bel, or 1 oz of peanuts, or strawberries with lite Cool Whip, or celery with peanut butter, or some piece of fruit (plum, pear, cantaloupe), or 10 almonds, or 4 slices of turkey pepperoni and a slice of swiss cheese, or cup of no sugar added nonfat vanilla yogurt with cinnamon stirred in.
I am just coming off some binge eating - 2 days worth.
Of course, I felt like doo-doo.
Let that be a lesson to me.
Now, back in the ring to fight and win!
I have softly landed in the 180s, at 189.8 today. This will be my 4th time through this decade, as sad as that sounds. This better be the last time!!
BACKGROUND- I am no newbie to 3FC. I have been here lot of times. It's sad that I keep doing this to myself. After my first son, I was up to the 190s, and found my way back to 168 over time with various programs, pills, and fad diets. My all time high was 217 after three kids and lots of good food. I lost about 10 lbs. on WW back in 2010, and then followed that with a 40 lb loss via personal training and a medifast style program. I maintained that weight (168-172) for about 2 years fairly effortlessly (keep in mind, at 5'5", I was not thin by any means). In 2012/13, while finishing up college, I regained back to the high 190s, but by the mid part of 2014 was back down to that 168-172 range again (I was very active at work, and made better food choices). Then I switched to night shift and regained back to the 185 range by early this year. To make matters worse, I transferred from a busy, run-your-butt-off department to a more relaxed, sit most of the time job this February. I knew my clothes were getting tight and my scale wasn't working right, but on my 35th birthday I went to the doctor and she weighed me at 209lbs. YIKES. I was given a referral to a weight loss program that I started on Oct 12. My weigh in at the program was 207.7, so I am roughly 18-20 lbs down so far. My goal is 149 by April 1. You may also notice that I have never dropped below 168- that is for some reason where my mind/body hit a wall. Considering my post high school early adult weight was 115-130, you would think I could get past that darn 168. So when I get there, I will need everyone to really push me!!
I am excited to get to know each of you!! Now lets get to the 170s ASAP!!
