7/10 - still having some anxiety issues but not so much about weight loss anymore - have switched to worrying about other things entirely...sigh. Scale went down another pound yay!! I can't wait until my 20 days are up so I can get my signature with the tickers and mini goals and animation for every 5 lbs lost. I want it all! Just updating the S/C/G numbers just isn't as much fun.

Only issue from the past few days is due to my increased anxiety in the morning, I have been skipping breakfast. My stomach is just like NO. I will have to try to make myself just eat a bit of nuts or just something so I don't get ravenous later in the day, but that hasn't happened so far.

Ordered me some new workout clothes from Old Navy online plus sizes. Some black pants and some compression capris, as well as a couple sports bras and tees/tanks, socks. Spent too much money but oh well, it will motivate me. Since my thighs rub a bit, some of my pants have holes worn in them now from walking. A good problem to have I think.

Ami, I know it's hard (because I have generalized anxiety disorder too) but try to keep in mind that anxiety is simply a chemical reaction in the brain. It is not rational, and it will pass! You are doing great! You really are. Even when you are feeling anxious, you are still thinking it out and doing what the logical part of your brain knows you should be doing! That's fantastic! I am an anti-meds type person so I try to stay away from prescribed drugs; however, I am currently taking a supplement that I bought at GNC called 5-HTP to try to help with my mood. It supposed to aid in the production of serotonin, the body's natural feel good drug! I haven't had an acute attack in a while so maybe it's helping. The BEST thing I think I've done for myself, though, is eat well and exercise! You just keep doing what you know is healthy for your body and you may find that you start feeling better and better!

Mars. I like that number!

Today, I am a 10/10 for eating, but it's raining out and that doesn't make me want to get out and go to the gym, but I will!

8/10 Just a quick check in. Going out for a picnic with a friend and I've packed healthy food for myself.

8/10 - scale going down fast now, that is a great motivator - but I know I had been skipping breakfast and eating very light the last few days so gonna make sure I get my 3 meals and snacks today

It's my Carb Day, so of course I am a 10/10 on eating today! However, it's raining again today and that always makes me want not to get out, even to go to the gym. It doesn't help that the gym has limited hours on Saturdays, dictating when I have to go out in that rain. So my commitment on exercise today is only an 8/10.

10/10 on eating, 5/10 on exercise but cautiously optimistic that I'll recover from & get to the gym. Weather is a big factor in my motivation and it's overcast. Jacqui You will feel great if you get to the gym. And so will I!

7/10? I'm trying something new today. I'm just not getting my calories or macros up to a healthy range on work days. Even with packing my meals and snacks I'm just not able to eat them all because of time or inconvenience. Yesterday I didn't even make it to 800 calories. That's not healthy or sustainable. Today I'm going pick up a large Jamba Juice with added protein and fiber. I'm hoping that'll help and if that does then I'll start making my own at home. I'm trying to avoid burning out.

Ok, Mars, I'm putting on my tennis shoes to head out to the gym! You in?!

Leah, smart idea! You definitely can't keep going on so few calories. Keep us updated!

Jacqui It's so frustrating because when I don't care at all about being healthy I have no problem getting the calories in. Though generally that would be through fast food and candy. I'm having the hardest time with balance. Yesterdays numbers were extremely low mostly because I wasn't feeling great and was pretty nauseous so I didn't eat much. But I'm still having work days that have been pretty similar.

Leah, you probably were feeling nauseous BECAUSE you weren't eating enough. It's funny how the body can send mixed up signals like that, but it does. Have you ever had bouts of hypoglycemia? It causes nausea, low energy, irritability, foggy thinking, and eventually passing out, and the only way to overcome it is to eat. If you don't find a way to get the calories in, you may just land yourself in the hospital, so I'm hoping your Jamba Juice with protein and fiber will be a solution!

Mars, yay!!!
