Proof that scales don't tell the whole story -183# in both pics
Anyone whose active on this forum knows my recent frustration with the scale. I have been photo logging to maintain my motivation.
The two pictures I have attached are about two weeks apart. And I weigh 183 in both of them. There is definitely a difference though, subtle, but it's there! My thighs are smaller, my stomach has more toning on the sides. And...where's my butt?
Just thought I'd share for others getting frustrated with scales.
You look great! Thanks so much for posting these photos...they're really eye opening. I get so frustrated when the scale doesn't budge but good things are still happening as long as I stick to my calories and workouts. You're very good to remind us with your photo evidence.
Awesome. I am afraid to get on my scale tomorrow as I had an indulgent weekend with my mom, but I know that for me it is picture update time next week and I am more excited to see the change that may have occurred in the last mos. This is a wonderful reminder though so thank you
