Joi93 - I count calories using MyFitnessPal and exercise 3-4x per week. My workouts consist of either light jogging or a workout video (I like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, it kicks my butt!). Lots of water and green tea also help me out to curb cravings.
I am in the 190's but not in my 30's. I will probably be in here for awhile.
I hit 195 in the beginning of February. I gained a couple pounds and just now have lost that small regain.
Total, I have lost 25 and am pretty happy. More work to go.
Hows everyone doing? Im 3# from the next bracket! I have my sisters baby shower to attend this weekend with lots of champagne. So we will see how it goes.
I was in luck! There were a lot of fresh veggies and i mostly ate cucumbers. I love them. Unfortunately my brother just turned 21 so there was a lot of drinking. Back on track today. 191 today but im assuming dehydration. Wont really know the damage for a couple days.

I'm back on 3FC after being on break while I was pregnant with baby #4. I'm just 3 weeks post partum, so I'm going slowly for now.
I'm at 190.4 this morning, so hopefully I'll be out of the 190's soon! I haven't seen a 180's thread anywhere, does anyone know of one?

Sounds great! There is also one in the 100 lb. club- I have about 70 lbs to lose total, but I think that they might let me in anyhow.
191.4 sort of stalling but considering a baby shower last weekend and after work beer and apps with friends...it could be much worse.
Clever, my goal ranges 40 to 50#. I'm sure they'll happily accept you into their group.
I am a little over 200 but have confidence that I will get there soon. I am already losing inches and as soon as we move to our new house and I get my exercise equipment out of storage and in our new house where it belongs, I am confident I will be losing the fat I need to lose.
Back here, after being *so close* to the 160s thread a few months ago. Dang setback (OK, depression meds were no longer working well, weather got bad, and I gave up/gave in).
Cut out the booze and started running again this week. Getting back on track.
