Almost 10lbs lost! Had a bit of a bout with the stomach flu on Sunday night and didn't fully recover until Wednesday. Checked my weight on Monday and it read 155.6 - down almost 3 pounds from the day before. I figured from mild dehydration and a very empty intestinal system. Today it read .2 of a pound lighter! Yay!

Just started, and I'm sure a lot of what I have lost is water. Even so, it gives me motivation. My two weigh-ins were more than a week apart, but I will start doing weekly and post.
Down 13lbs in January from 261 to 248.
Down 11lbs in February from 248 to 237
Down 14 lbs in March (give or take, dates are weird on this one.) From 237 to 223.

I've noticed my pants being quite loose, and some of the smaller sizes I owned before I gained are almost wearable again! I also have had a few people come into my work and randomly ask if I have lost weight... I didn't think it was that noticable :'D
