angel4real, It's nice to hear from you again. Glad to hear you're enjoying the weekend. How are you doing on the eating front? I can imagine holiday weekends would be tough.

I'm originally from Pittsburgh, have been here 20 years. I really don't know why I'm here, no special reason I guess. There's always something to do in Tokyo and I've been involved in lots of different things. I'm a writer, work at a newspaper, also am involved in horse-racing. Everything on the diet side of my life is great. The weight loss is slow, but steady. Better than nothing. Im not complaining. except for the fact that men lose faster than women. My BF and I started this diet the exact same time, and he has lost twice as much as I have. Men I swear!....lol I know that the weight will come off, Im in no hurry. It didnt come on overnight, and I wont lose it over night. I have never been so motivated to lose the weight. It almost doesnt even feel like i am dieting anymore. It truly is becoming a lifestyle. OK well it's almost midnite, and i have a long day tomorrow. Will check back tomorrow.

Hello Ladies!
Wow it sounds like everybody is doing well on there diet. I have been struggling. But we have been working on the house and I have just not had time to work out.

Angel 4 real I should probably clarify that that was only one size 7 that I fit into. I am a size 9/10 in some things. Of course you know I will probably know only search out the things in a size 7 that I can wear! LOL!

I actually have to work today. I took Friday off. But I work second so at least I have until this afternoon. Of course it is raining and yucky here today!

Rainbow you are so very talented! I can't wait till my dk's are a little older and maybe I can have more time for things.

2) Lose 10 Pounds by February 19th (Convention in New Orleans)
3) Lose 20 Pounds by May 9th (2nd Cruise of the year)
4) Lose 50 Pounds by Dec 12th (3rd Cruise of the year)
