Ugh. 175.8 today. I just adore this bouncing around in a couple pound range.

I like the bounces down.

I really want out of the 170s more than I've wanted out of any other Tens Group.

Ugh. Bounces up suck. Can I say "suck"? I guess I'll see when I hit Reply.

I'm still around, but have been so bored with my bouncing weight that I haven't bothered posting it. Bleh.

It's been between 175.8 and 174.8 for days. Not a fan, but everything else is on point, so I just gotta wait it out.

Stripes, I hear you on hating the up bounces!

Maui, slowly moving closer! Yay!

I've been doing way more exercise and got a fairly bad burn on my hand (my fault), so I'm hoping that is contributing to this huge upswing. If I hit 180, I'm going to have to take off a finger. Not acceptable.

I feel bloated, but not sure how that is possible.

I was going to skip posting it but...ugh. Disappointments must be acknowledged, too. I think.

Stripes we all hit these stalls, and weight loss varies. Posting my weight every day for the last 3 months has helped because it shows me how insignificant daily numbers can be and just focused on the "end prize." I'm stalling out more and more most likely because I'm approaching my realistic goal as compared to a number.

You're doing awesome! Do you have a maintenance plan?

I'm going to a water park today that has constant moving water, up and down, like a slightly rough ocean. I'm going to swim so much that if I'm not down tomorrow it'll be because I'm waterlogged.

Apropos of little...
My cat is on a diet, too. She HATES it. Her dieting problems become my dieting problems...(Mew. Meeeeew! Mew! <headbutt> MEW! <paw grab> Mew.)...and it's actually harder to deal with her desire to eat than my own.

Dieting, it seems, is hard for all of God's creatures. Of course, we don't grab food off other people's plates and run away with it. But it's hard for us all.

We don't? Ooops.

Still stuck, no up or down. It's the end of decade dance...and I hate it! I want that next decade!

Maybe we should. That would be an effective diet: Stolen Food Only.

You're so close. You'll be outta this decade soon.

I got so hungry at the water park that I ate a cheeseburger and fries. They refuse to release nutritional information, so I have no idea how many calories it was. A lot, I'm sure. Sigh. Next time I will bring food.

We were supposed to do water park and several hours of walking, but we left the water park, walked for an hour and quit. We were both pooped.

But I have a mild sunburn, so maybe that will burn a few off!

174.2 today, still in that range (it's got a vice grip on me).

Stripes, I am so with you! All I've been doing is up, down, up, down, up! I'm starting to hate th 170s with a fiery, burning passion. Let's hold off on removing digits for a while, though.
I think disappointments can be acknowledge as well. It's part of the whole thing. Our weight will go up, or stall, for one reason or another. It's normal and expected, and we all have it happen. I've been around my current weight for approximately 17 years so far.

Maui, I'm in the mid-decade dance and I hate it, too. Probably not as bad as the end of a decade, because I'm pretty sure I can't even see the 160s from where I'm sitting (still in the same old range).

174.8 Very flukey. I sweat a lot last night and might be a little dehydrated. But I take and celebrate each drop.

Penny I agree about acknowledging everything. It's the Not Acknowledging my weight that allowed it to creep up and make me a blimp with legs.

Maui will be out of this decade very soon. Maybe she already is.
