So I've been at 171ish for 5 days. I was at 173ish for 6 days. So maybe by Monday I'll be in the 160s? One can hope. I'm glad I'm tracking my weight loss pattern because I understand this is how my body does it… 3-7 days at one weight, then drop 1-3 pounds… 3-7 days at that new low weight, or slightly above, then drop 1-3 pounds… But EVERY TIME I start dropping weight, the return to being "stalled" then makes me so grumpy. I need to either not track so closely or not get frustrated at the stalling, but still!
So today I got up, went to the bathroom, weighed, saw 169.8 flash briefly before it settled on 170, thought "damn, that's cold" and then went to go make tea. Then I, uh, felt like I had to go to the washroom again, so I did, and then weighed again (whatever taking clothes on and off burns calories right???) and whoooooo 169.6!!!!!! (sorry for the TMI there). I may bump back up slightly bu I'm feeling like this is legit after so many days at 171!!
Really hoping to get out of the 170s this month. I was down to 170 after several months of dieting but I went off-plan for about a month and crawled back up to 175. I took it pretty hard because it was the first gain I've had all year. I've been doing good for the past week and got back down to 173.
Thanks NNS, I've been here off and on this year I feel you on the full time job. I just got a full time last year July, the hours are crazy, but I'm grateful and we've been here 3 years now. I'm doing well, trying to once again get this weight back down. I actually got close to my name goal of 150 on 12/1/14 weighing in at 152.8 and then I don't know what in the world happened. I haven't been able to get it together for the life of me.

Weight is finally stabilizing in the lower 170s. I've been under 175 for quite a while now, even after the weekend! Just one pound shy of 60 pounds lost, hoping I can do that this week!
