Hello all! I weighed in at 169 this morning! I had been at 170 for ten days, and have been on this journey since 6/17/15. Eleven pounds down, 39 (at least) to go.
Welcome to all the new joiners! I hope I can give you my seat and move on very soon! Still on vacation though so hopefully not doing too much damage. I've been running, paddle boarding, kayaking and walking so hopefully that will make up for not being able to follow my usual way of eating while we're on the road. I feel a little lost not being able to weigh myself but that's probably a good thing! I'm not pigging out or anything, but I hadn't realized how much of a routine I had gotten into until we started this trip and I don't have access to my afternoon handful of nuts. I didn't worry about eating out because I go out to lunch with the guys at work most days, but we only go to a pretty limited number of restaurants and I know what to order at each. Here I'm having to make decisions on the fly. I think I'm doing okay, but the scale will tell.
Mauikai and Workinglikeadog - I hope we all get good news when we get back home. When will you be back? I should be home by Monday.

This is the weight my new scale gave me this morning and the exact same weight I got when I was at my parents' a few weeks ago. Considering the 3 day binge streak and then a two day one a week later, I am happy with this. Not to mention I'm on my period, so it'll probably have a nice drop once soon
Thank you chub for the welcome. I want this 20 lbs gone sooo bad that I even upped my goal weight to 150. I figure at 5ft6" and 43yrs old I would be thrilled with that.
