Talking Just getting started.....
Hi!
This is my first time to the site. I started Metabolic Research Center 8 days ago and have lost 5.5lbs, which happened in the first 3 days. I am just looking for a site I can document my results, ask for advice from time to time and meet others working towards the same goal. (I'm not even sure if I'm posting this in the correct spot...

I'm making a lot of changes with my diet and am loving it so far!
