Good morning, everyone! My name's Northern (aka Sarah!) and I hit the 140's about six months ago. I was so excited that I ate my way right back to the 160's! lol! I blame my March break vacation- that's totally when it derailed! I got up to 164.6 and am now back at 159.6 after a week of kicking absolute butt. I am determined to get back down and to stop being so terrified of the 140's! This has happened twice now!!!
150.6 so not completely out of here yet. My body never just goes in one direction. Anyway tom is next week so that could be causing it too. But still on target to be permenantly in 140 by end of month.
hey all, I keep forgetting to check in here! I'm still going back and forth from 150, 151, and 152. I haven't been watching what I eat all that much, just making sure I ride me bike. I'll get back on track here soon and then I'll be in the 140's - however the longer I am at this weight the longer it stays off so as long as I don't start going back up I'm ok

151.6. I started "just curves" program this week and my muscles are sore. Not use to doing pushups and planks. So I'm sure this is adding to weight gain. So I guess I'm not out of here for awhile longer. Hoping to be permenantly in 140's next week after tom and body gets use to new routine.
Hi all, been a little while since I really was in the 160's. Back into the 150's for a few days so am back at 159.3
So cutting out chips, soft drink and chocolate made me start eating other stuff that's crap (but none of my restricted foods). At the same time an old injury flared up so I wasn't able to exercise at all for 10 days! Which drove me crazy. So I'm cutting out all added sugar for a few weeks to get back on track. It's day 5 without added sugar and so far so good. A bit tired but work is mental so that doesn't help. Did a nice easy hours bike this morning so all set for the day ahead!

152.6. Had the usual overly huge appetite before Tom. So ate more then usual but didn't binge. So probably added more sodium on top of everything else. Just gotten to stay positive knowing it is hormones messing with me.
Good morning all! I hope everyone is having a kick @ss day! I am at 158.3 this morning- just dying for Saturday morning, where I can lay around and weigh in a few times. lol I'm always lighter an hour after I wake up!
152.0. Down tiny bit. Had a small victory yesterday. Attended a party with all kinds of desserts and I didn't do a single nibble. I'm determined to reach goal.
