Hi everyone! I may not be ready for this group quite yet, but today I weighed in at 159!!!
I pulled an all nighter the night before last though, and I think that tends to either make me dehydrated (maybe low electrolytes?), or something to have a lower weight. It's still so excited though, and I hope to be back soon!

Hi everyone, do to my lack of vigilance I find my weight up again. I believe this mornings weigh in leaves me at almost 155. I'm joining here for more accountability with myself. I have gained a little more than 20 pounds in the last year and I am now motivated to get it off.
It looks like I'll be around until Christmas .... Today's weight was 155.8 lbs. fingers crossed for a few little drops though in the next couple of days.
I saw 150.6 this morning… but may have been slightly dehydrated after going to the washroom with an upset tummy (sorry for the TMI/details lol but I like explaining why I don't trust certain weights 100%). I was 151 before that visit to the bathroom lol.
150, finally, but lol, still .2 away…. my loss is pretty on par with my eating, I guess, I just wish I were eating at a higher deficit and thus losing faster. .2 until the 140s though, and 10.2 until 130s.
I haven't been at much of a deficit since I hit 150, so I went 150, 150.4, 151, back to 150 today. The scale keeps sort of flashing 14- something for a millisecond before it settles, firmly, on 150 - lol! So close, yet so far… now that I'm eating at a lower deficit, it seems to take one-two weeks or so to get down just a single pound or so. So I'd imagine I'm stuck at 150 for at least another 7-10 days unless I can shake things up for myself.
Last Friday, Nov. 27th, I began my diet weighing in at 151.5 and hope to lose 2 pounds this first week. I'll then be ready for the 140's. Today is the end of my 5th day and I've done well so far.
Thanks Prairie Queen. I am back up to 152.6, but the good news is I am slowly getting myself back into exercising. I intend to be in the 140's by the end of this month.
