Well, down 1.4lbs today to 174.4lbs and I am pretty sure there is more to come tomorrow. So far, so good. My legs were a little more tired than usual before my run today and my lunch sits heavier without the carbs but it's definitely working.

For breakfast, I had kippers, smoked oysters and oats. For lunch I had salmon, catfish, smoked oysters, squid and a crabcake.

For exercise, I did 1 hour boxing before work and ran 4 miles before lunch.

I wonder how low this will take me?

Ian Maybe you can rearrange your foods so you can get the energy from the carbs when you need them. You can eat half your oats at breakfast and the other half at lunch or something along those lines.

hi all...finally done with the High Holy Day madness here at work, but still going through audit ****!

weight is staying between 150 and 152.8, mainly because I'm getting less bike riding in right now due to work and school, but also because I'm having drinks on the weekends and eating things like pizza!

b - ground beef/onions/one egg
l - chicken pineapple bacon sausage/steamed broccoli
s - plum, mini kit kat
d - not sure yet...maybe artichoke ravioli and something else

I do weird stuff. I'll eat fish for breakfast.

I will put honey on smoked oysters.

But not in a million years could I eat shrimp with....baked beans!

Finishing the day at 1859 calories! Pumpkin ice cream happened.

My bike ride was 30 miles over three hours and included the five mile hill that killed me last time. It's not so bad without the flat-ish tires. But I have some nerve pain in my right hand and will need to look into handlbar options for future rides.

For the record, icecream is a fantastic dessert and mine of choice every time. It's hard to find something more yummy for the calories. And the nutrient profile is pretty decent too.

I have never gained on an occasional large icecream.

We're not talking cheesecake here.

Oh yeah! It's homemade too so nothing but good stuff. Three hours of bike riding was my excuse.

so I ended up riding 21 miles burning 1000 plus calories...took less than 2 hours because we kept up a 12.4 mph pace

Dinner was omaha steaks chicken breast, steamed asparagus, and Rana artichoke ravioli. YUM! and I'm still at over a 900 calorie deficit for the day!

Good morning everyone.
hi itsGRRReat2beMe nice to meet you. Please do not worry. This is a judgement free thread. Everyone here is kind. 30 lb loss is awesome. congratulations

I have not been here in a few days because I have been eating stuff that is not low calorie. I had lost the 3 lbs I gained in June. And then over the past 3 days I gained it back. But it was an event. And now it is over. It was amazing eating the wonderful food though. I regret none of it. The circumstances under which I gained them happen every 4 months.

So now I am back on the diet. Which is fine. Will lose it slowly as I did before.

I saw the doctor today. She is running routine bloodwork on the thyroid. Just the tsh. If she needed to go further with testing she would. But I know she will not. My concern is that she will reduce the amoount of rx armor thyroid. And it will be much harder for me to lose weight and maintain. I have no control over her decision. She will let me know the results and her instructions on Wednesday morning.
Tuesday:
L: salad and chicken sausage 320
D chicken sausage miso soup 160
lemon protein frozen stuff 90
hot chocolate 340
total: 920
I hope everyone has a great day
