I have this problem too! I work a swing shift in a group home and part of my work is eating dinner with the residents. They usually eat at 5, so by the time I'm getting off shift (10:30 pm), I'm starving! I've been bringing some sweet peppers and hummus by because I'm obsessed with them and snack on those at night. I really like the Sabra to-go hummus packs because I can control the portion since it's really easy for me to get carried away with hummus. Apples and peanut or almond butter are also a good before bed snack choice.
