Default Here we go again
Well after losing 45lbs 2 years ago I find myself back.....struggling with the 23lbs that I've gained.

Not sure how I let myself slip, but I refuse to feel sorry for myself and I am determined to get back to where I want to be.

So day is the first day of my journey back

I've done that dance too. Just buckle down and get it off! It's good it is only about half of your lost weight and not all of it like mine was!
