Day 1: Feeling Good!
This is day one and even though it's pretty early I feel great. Got up @ 8 and walked 3 miles in an hour had my whey protein shake with a frozen banana and couple strawberries for breakfast. Was really good just had a bad after taste. (It's better if I watch my self drink it in the mirror). I plan to be out the house majority of the day so no over eating snacking. I packed snacks for me to eat. (grapes, strawberries, sliced apples, kiwi and PLENTY of water). I also weighed in. Currently at 239 and then I'm going to measure my self and record. SO wish me luck for the rest of of the day.
