Good idea. Thanks for the reminder for focus on the positives!
-I love vegetables and fruits and healthy foods in general.
-I love cooking my meals from scratch.
-I am constantly doing some sort of outdoor activity for fun.
-I have a supportive family and boyfriend (even if he doesn't always get my food choices...)
-I can afford healthier foods and a gym membership.
-I have the 3FC community, and a very positive Tumblr community to keep me going!
