Hi guys! 520 posts! Time to open A BRAND NEW THREAD.

Jumping back in the game with more energy than ever. I'm giving myself 2 weeks to lose 10 lbs. The conditions are ideal cos my vacs have started and finally I get to be A-LO-NE at home the whole time. Let's do this!

I'm up a little but I am still very proud of where I'm at. Had to take my dad to hospital yesterday. He had pneumonia but he got to come home today. So lots of extra running around and stress plus didn't get to workout. So I still happy

Yes! New number totally unexpected. 162! I am going to be out of the 160s by Friday, I'm tellin' ya!

And then I want 150 by the end of June.

So it's an "official" 50 lbs lost instead of rounding up. I'm changing my goal to 142 just to make it an even 20 more to go and an even 70 total. Tho, honestly, depending how I tone up with the weightlifting, it may call for another 10 after that.

Today I ate 3090 calories. My calorie intake is supposed to be 1338 according to MFP. I doubled that plus 414 calories more.

If I don't get it together I will probably be back in the 170's

Love2b: that's just water weight, so u'll lose it fast. Will you be going to the gym this week? You can burn the excess calories u ate. Good luck!

Love2b150 - Just remember 1 bad day is not going to ruin you. It might show I high number due to the sodium but it will be gone in a day or 2. Stay strong - I know that you will get to the 150 again and make it permanent.

Mad Donnelly - Way to go with the motivation! Keep those goals in mind and we will all make it.

Ian - Welcome to the group whether it is permanent to help maintain or just a slow transition to 150.

I'm back to my low again. Plan to hit cardio really hard this week if life stops getting in the way.

Me....me....can I join? Hit a low this month of 163 even BUT last week and this week were/are filled with end of year banquets and graduation parties! I am giving myself some slack and plan to hit the ground running after Memorial Day!
I hope to be firmly in the 150s by the end of June!!

Woo woo, Carebearx! I am so glad I have no "obstacle" dinners and such coming up, BUT they are good challenges and can be dealt with. I mean, I feel like even if I have to attend, can't eat much, leave hungry, and eat something later at home, it still doesn't mean I HAVE to eat what they serve if it's going to derail me. You do what you gotta do!

Hi fellow 160'ers! I have been 168 for about a week and a half or so. I know that since the 160's are so close to my healthy weight that it will probably take me a while to get there. I am feeling pretty good these days with my exercise and my eating, and about 75% of my old clothes fit again, and new clothes look pretty awesome. But, I am still looking forward to hopefully getting out of the 160's.

I usually notice the post count Two weeks and 10lbs, Go YOU No money for the extra gas to get to and fro the gym so probably not. I know for sure that would get the water weight off quickly. Hi y'all. I love how it's getting livelier here!!!
I made a mistake this morning by eating rice. I'm stressed up. The weighing is understandable. I did it 3 hours before my normal weighing time. So this is what I got.

thirti4thirty you still had a loss I do believe you will have a much better weigh in tomorrow if you weigh in at your normal time ... way to go

I have a plan today and so far it is working but I am only one meal in. I have had probably four really really high calorie days, two I know for sure but the other two I didn't keep track so to me that says a lot. I have been trying to do the 5:2 up/down day meal plan and so far I have failed miserably. I started out the month weighing 159.8 and have twice weighed in at almost 10lbs higher ... 5/13 ~ 168.0 and today ~ 167.8. ok end of confession ...

And still 168 today! I guess I shouldn't complain, I am still in the 160's and I honestly never thought I would see this weight again after baby #3. I feel really good and my new smaller clothes are getting too big. I think Mondays always reflect my more processed food eating with the sodium. Pizza etc...

Lunch was a success ... I am actually full but I had a cup of green tea and a bottle of water with it so it wasn't from my steak and salad. I didn't over eat
