Well done MauiKai!! What are you now?
Syckgirlsfv, those jeans sound awesome!! This thread is pretty quiet compared to the 170s and above. But, great to have you here, and congrats on your progress!
So, I'm the same this week but at least I haven't gained. This stall may be due to TOM coming in a couple days so I'm not too bummed, and I'm trying out an idea I read on another forum where this woman said to eat lots of water-based foods like cucumber and watermelon so I'm going to see how I go with that!

Hi everyone!
I'm feeling pretty confident that I can lose a pound or two this week. I can't wait to be officially past 165.
I don't have a good scale at the moment (at home I weighed 170.2 yesterday morning and 168 two days ago and now I'm 165) but all I want to see is some progress.
I'm trying to cut portions down (as well as not snacking) since it's that time of the month coming up and I know I tend to feel super heavy during that time.
Good luck to everyone and congrats to those who are out of the 160s!!!

169.8 for 2 days. I'm thrilled to be in the 160s again. I haven't been in these digits since college over 9 years ago. I can definitely see a big difference in my clothes fitting. I can wear normal sizes again and don't have to shop in plus stores. It feels really good
160 has been a huge goal for me for years, so I'm really looking forward to it! Only 9.8 lbs to go!

I'm super excited today as I saw a drop of nearly a pound! I have actually been a little slack this last week, only went to the gym once and had a couple sandwich lunches rather than salads as I was on the go more, but this is not a good incentive to carry on the lazy life!!! I spotted a shirt I like so I've set myself the challenge for the week that I have to eat on target every day and go to the gym at least 3 times, then I can buy it!
Exciting Syckgirlsfv!! Rachel, well done and welcome!

I'm firmly in the 160's... 168 or 169 for days now. I'm excited to be here and excited to move out of here! I need to keep working bc I have a dietbet goal of 164 by September 16th.

Maybe posting in here will help me get out of the 160s! I miss the 150s and 140s; I was so tiny then. It really is amazing to me how certain weights look on certain people. Like, most people tell me I don't look like I weigh roughly 165lbs, and when I was lower most people didn't believe me when I told them I weighed as much as I did. Body composition is a strange thing!

Hey Lauren, that's good if you 'carry' the weight well, good luck getting to your goal!
Hey sunnymathchick, great to have you here full time, what is dietbet exactly - do you win something if you meet your goal or is it just for the satisfaction factor?

Hey Jenny,
A real sort of bet, with money involved. I'm quite thrifty, so the money is a good motivator for me. A quick search will give more information, I am doing two transformers.
I'm still at the same weight. I think I have some bloating going on frl working out, but that will resolve in time.
Hope everyone else is well!

Ooh, that's cool sunnymathchick! Money prizes are a great motivator!
Did you go on a trip Muguet? Great to hear you're into the 167s!
So, this is my penultimate weigh-in before Labor Day and I am pretty close to the weight I wanted to be by the start of September. I was at 177 when I started counting down on June 9th and this week just gone I lost 1lb so I'm down to 166.8. I had wanted to lose a pound a week so for the 12 weeks I should be at 165 to meet the challenge, so I might get within a pound of that the way things are going, which I would be very very pleased with!!

Hello everyone! I'm back on 3fc and hoping to kick my weightloss into gear finally!!
I weighed 174.8 this morning, but I don't want to leave this thread, the 160s made me so happy since my lowest recorded weight is 160 ahhh how I wish I could be 167 again!!! I hate that school makes me eat badly!!!
Anyway, starting it all tomorrow!!

I had bumped back into the 170s but 169.8 again. I'm really trying hard to stick with the 1200ish calories per day. Weightlifting 3xweek but cardio never seems to stick.
Keepin' up the fight!
