YES, YES, YES on the complacency!!! I have maintained a 65lb loss for almost 3 years now. It's "good enough" most days but I'm ready to go from "normal" to hot! Plus, can I say loose skin!? Ugh! I keep hoping that if I finish this that the fat underneath the skin will get smaller and I won't hate it so much. So, yeah, it's completely vanity now and harder to make sacrifices for that. But ENOUGH! I'm ready to finally see the finish line and GET THERE!

LET'S DO THIS LADIES!

We are beautiful now, but after all of this work, we deserve to see the end.

thirti4thirty Good job on the .2 down, slow and steady wins I think the cravings may have started with/during TOM but it was me after that that continued to binge. My plan has been to do the 5:2 diet this month and it just hasn't happened. I saw my low and like BeachBreeze said it's like the number is something hot and I go the other way, idk what the mental thing is with low numbers and me. It has always been this way. I did well yesterday and so far so good today so we shall see. One day at a time, no planning ahead other than inputting my meals on MFP a day in advance.

hiddenstar, have fun on the walk/run good job on staying the low 160's, you are almost at your goal for this span Hard to believe school is almost done for the year. Today is the last day for one of ours. The others aren't done until 6/12.

not terrible this morning...just no change. better than an upswing but not what I prefer Fertile time should be just about over so I'm sure I'll begin going back down soon. I also don't exercise on Mondays and Tuesdays because I have school after work - but I make my walks from the parking lot to class count!

Thanks for the welcome ladies. Hi Pauli! Can't wait to see you over here!

Im still 168. I have been craving chocolate and peanut butter the past couple of days. I work on not feeling deprived or I go crazy so I have been eating it. Also working through some emotional eating. Im a little stressed right now as my 2 year old is sick and very high needs. Also I think TOM is on its way. SO annoying.

But, Im happy Im staying at 168 despite all that. And I have kept up with my exercise and I feel stronger by the day. So yay! Sometimes for me I think I need to maintain for a while before I can move down. Get used to this weight and being comfortable with it before I lose more. That happened for me at 183. I was 183 for a couple of months and then my weight started dropping fast and raced through the 170's. I was barely there for very long at all. So, we will see.

Going well here today counted all my calories for the day and I have dinner prepped. Did a lot of intense gardening this morning and taking the kids for a walk this afternoon to get a bit of exercise in. May do some weight training later on.

I had a hard eating day yesterday. I was going through something and I didn't want to deal with it. I ate all day long way past the point of satisfaction. Once I got to the end of my day I realized what I had done and was able to deal with everything. I was expecting the scale to be back in the 170's this morning but to my surprise I am still 168 even. It's pretty amazing. Maybe my body likes this weight.

I need to exercise today and I am feeling very unmotivated. As soon as I post this, I am going to go do it.

thank you, pinkhippie! Don't trip on the bad eating yesterday - sometimes it gives you a kickstart! You'll be ok Last year in July (before going to Vegas) I was 158. Came back and didn't recon the damage I did there, and went again in December. Became disgusted with myself when I hit 172 (yuck) and have now gotten my head back on straight!

When I got married in 2006 (in Vegas, LOL) I weighed 148 pounds, and had actually touched 145 for a few days. This is a result of low carb and little to no drinking alcohol - so this is what I have gone back to. Lets hope that I don't get too happy with myself in the 150's and lose track again

I just pigged. It's official now: FOOD IS MY ENNEMY!
I gave into a huge meal before I realized it was a TOM craving. TOM fooled me...AGAIN!!! UGH!!!

Syckgirlsfv, on your NEW LOW I don't think you'll get comfy in the 150's, especially if we are still altogether. We work well together and I am definitely trying to keep up

Pinkhippie, that is what I am trying to do is not deprive myself. I have noticed that if I eat something that I really wasn't craving to substitute for what I want the binge starts. So good for you It's good you have figured out how your losses work on this journey, keeps you from getting frustrated when a stall hits. Great mindset

hamlette this is a great support group, I really hope that we move onto the next thread a close together as possible I'm a daily weigh-er, have been for years YOU'VE GOT THIS

161lb this morning Bit of a jumps but 1-TOM started, and 2-its only the first few days of cutting down calories so it always goes quick.
Still enjoying it though How is everyone this morning? Its raining here in England but we have had 4 days of glorious sunshine so can't complain too much.
