Good Morning, Everyone! Happy Easter! I hope you have a wonderful day!

Last night I added on: Lee Holden's 7 Minutes of Magic PM Extended version

Two days ago I lowered my antihistamine dose that I take at night. I was talking with a pharmacist and she recommended this. She also has something odd and similar to me. She has idiopathic hives. She said the Drs just don't know about these things so all they can advise is to manage symptoms with antihistamines. I had gotten to the point that I would barely pee when I woke. She said that the antihistamine was dehydrating me. How can I be dehydrated and holding onto so much water at the same time? We also discussed adding Ranitidine AM and PM, which I have done. My mouth is flaring more than it was and I have the cuts on the inside of my mouth. I guess there is a fine line about what I can tolerate. Right now it feels better being less bloated. Also, maybe my stress will be lower now and my body/mind can better adjust.

Today will be an off plan eating day and higher calories. I am going to try my hardest to eat in moderation. I am always a work in progress with this.

Calories for yesterday: 1605 +
Weigh In: 163.8
Down: 1.2 pounds

Enjoy your day!

A bit sore today. Helped friends move yesterday. Was helping to carry LOTS of boxes and some of the lighter furniture. It was an all day thing, but I only included 60 minutes in MFP. It was likely a bit more than that, but I would rather under estimate than over.

Yesterday's Calories: Approximately 1887

B - Dunkin Donuts Cookie Dough Donut + Dunkin Donuts Cookie Dough Iced Coffee + Dunkin Donuts Egg White & Turkey Sausage Flatbread
D - 3 Slices Pepperoni Pizza + 4 BBQ Wings

Exercise: 60 Minutes Moving Boxes & Furniture (-563)

Happy Easter everyone! Just have a little time before church to post - up .4 today but I guess that's not bad considering I had pizza last night and TOM has decided to hang out.

Not sure what the day's food will bring but I do know we will be bbqing later today as usual. Chicken breast and the usual steaks. I'll steam broccoli and bake some shoestring fries. I will also see if DH wants to go to the gym and maybe do some machine cardio. Need to drop this little bit of water! I ate 2 miniature robin's eggs last night (the candy coated malt balls) which used to be my Easter poison, but I didn't like them much! They were too sweet. AND! I haven't had alcohol in 2 weeks!

It is BEAUTIFUL outside! going to be 79 degrees and it's already sunny and 60 at 8:48 in the a.m. What an appropriate day to celebrate the resurrection of my dear Lord and Savior! Have a BLESSED day all!!!

Planning to ride bikes to the store for milk and drop some of these Easter cookies off at my parent's house. Have a good day, everyone!

Diana, We went to The Yardhouse last night with friends, and I ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. I asked for it without dressing, but they poured it all over anyway. (Didn't want to make a scene, being with friends) But I only ate half. So I figure I had about 1400 cals. I also exercised for 30 minutes.

Thanks, Diana, for your good wishes. Glad you talked to the pharmacist. Have you ever tried coconut water? It hydrates you. There are several brands: O.N.E. and Vita Coco, to name a few. I actually feel better when I drink it. I get leg cramps at night because I live in a dry area and I become dehydrated, but coconut water takes those away cramps (Even though I drink 12 glasses of water a day). For me, it works better during the night than water.

We already went out to breakfast, and I only ate 410 cals. So I'm going to make this a good Easter!

Happy Easter, Everyone!!

Hi Everyone!

Psychic Good job staying active.

Syckgirlsfv Sounds like you are having a wonderful day! I've looked for Dave's Killer Bread here, but it's not available. It sounds really good nutritional wise.

CoolMom Congrats on getting below 175!

Tyla Good job modifying since they already added the dressing. I haven't tried the coconut water. I do drink a lot of water. I'm going to see how it goes in the next week without the extra antihistamines to dry me out. I know I will have a gain after eating off plan today. Once that regulates we'll see how it goes. I felt totally different the last 2 mornings than I have been feeling.

Ian Have fun with the little ones.

Egg. Tea with milk and honey. (120) I want to get out of this honey habit. I used to usually drink tea w/o anything sweet in it, but lately that's been tasting kinda nasty to me.
Coffee with half and half. M&Ms. (300)
Lamb. Asparagus. Green beans. Salad, olive oil, lemon. (680)
Strawberries. Ricotta. (200)
Total = 1300

No exercise, derp.

Hoppy Good Easter Everyone!

Hi Tyla
Hi coolmom Kids and an old dog? ah patience of a saint huh?
Syckgirl- finally we had a beautiful day too in MN. Keep up the good work.

Hello and happy spring 'finally' EVERYONE else. Thank you for the well wishes.

Diana: I am never gonna complain again. You are going thru and still have a beautiful attitude. Some of my dogs and owners could take a lesson from you. LOL! Feel Better.

Today I am eating on plan. I spent time with my baby daughter (27). She decided to visit with me rather than her in-laws. sniffle. I love that kid. I did end up 1/2 a** grooming her dog tho. Happens every time too. An old scary shih zhu. LOL. I cooked for her so we ate together.

No exercise today except walking the dogs. It was finally fun because of the good weather.

Good nite everyone.

Miniapplecocoa- our dog is super chill and cleaned up the food mess through 4 toddlers so we've been lucky. Though, years of potty training and the grooming needs make me think we would not choose this breed again.

Today went as planned along with a nice bike ride. I'm craving a longer ride on a traffic free bike path. I just need to push through the possibility I'll have to go by myself and what to do if I have bike trouble. There is a 21 mile rails-to-trail path that is nice.

Hello, everyone! I love the idea of daily accountability. What a wonderful idea! You guys are all doing so well! I hope it's okay if I just jump right in and make myself at home!

Today I had a lie-in and didn't have breakfast. Lunch was fresh raspberries, a cheesy bun which was not very good and not at all worth it's calories, and a mini choccie which was good and totally worth it's calories! Hah. Tea was roast chicken and mashed root veg with fruit pizza for dessert.

Exercise was an hour in the gym where I did: 20 minutes on the treadmill (run 4, walk 1, repeat), 10 TRX push-ups and 10 TRX pull-ups, 50 chest flyes and 50 chest presses with 8kg dumbbells, 50 deadlifts with a 10kg kettle bell, 50 decline push-ups off a stability ball, and 10 minutes on the stair climber. Super sweaty!!
