A few months ago someone created a spreadsheet that allowed weekly weight tracking. I loved the accountability it offered having to post my weekly progress. Since then I've gained a few pounds, I could blame a family death and some stress eating.. but the truth is.. there will ALWAYS be events in life that cause us emotional stress! I CHOSE to eat through it. I'm 179lbs
=) that half is important to me!! and by June 2... I'd like to be 165 lbs.
