Alright... I'm feeling motivated now.. Yesterday was a good eating day. Usually if I get 3 or 4 good eating days in a row.. I get in the rhythm and can stay good. So a couple more days and I'll be solid on the right track.
If I just take ONE step in the right direction, the other foot will have no choice but to follow!!!
Why does it show me as losing 146.60? I only wish I lost that much! Seriously, I can't correct it. I noticed that the doc also moved me down to the bottom of the list- did someone try to help me and fix it, but it didn't work for them, either? The other day, it showed 116.8 or something like that pounds lost- it went up since yesterday. Darn, I wish weight loss was that easy.
