I liked this Ted talk about how to add new healthy habits. I am trying to add a few new habits, and I think this will work for me.
The speaker used this approach to lose weight. I don't think this approach would provide a complete solution for weight loss for me (basically, I don't think he needed to change all that much in order to lose weight and I don't think adding new habits would be enough for me). But, I'm good with any new tricks I can find!
