Does anyone else get overwhelmed by the plethora of programs, pills, advice, etc that's out there? There's so many options, so many people saying.."this is what works!" "this is what you need to do to get a flat stomach" etc. It can be overwhelming sometimes!
On that note, what about you guys..are there any drawbacks you're facing when it comes to achieving your desired weight? What's the most frustrating part of your diet? What about your weight? What kind of support can make you feel better in this situation? If you could get your hands on any information to a question that you just can't seem to find the answer to- what would it be?
