Does anyone else have this problem?
This is exactly my problem! Snacking is/was my major problem. I am trying to solve that by tracking everything I put into my mouth and planning out my meals and snacks for the day. I'm doing WW so it's points, but you can easily set a calories goal and stick to it. Any of the free apps work well, I like Fat Secret.
