Default Well...here I am again

It's been a long time. I dropped the ball on my weight loss. I got so comfortable eating whatever I wanted and stopped working out. I haven't been this heavy in a long time and I hate it.
I have been running and just started a Chris Powell workout dvd.
I have discovered how yummy quinoa is and how much fun it is to cook healthy foods.
I just want to stick with it once and for all. I was doing so well three years ago and felt great. I don't know how I just stopped all of the sudden.
But I want to feel good again.

You can do it! The hardest part is recognizing and starting. Well, that and sticking with it. You got this!

Like you said it's a journey, and a process -- I have to remind myself of that ALL the time. Just put one foot in front of the other and keep at it.

The key in my opinion is to find a way of eating (WOE) that allows you to restrict the number of calories you're consuming without much effort or feeling overly restricted. For me this has been intermittent fasting. What will work for you long term? Experiment a little and find out.

Goodluck
