Hey guys! Hope you all had a great day. Mine was okay. Down to 147.2 this morning, which was great but whooo knows what it will be tomorrow! Oh well, it's the trend that counts.

B: Smoothie with protein powder, blueberries, almond milk, spinach and cucumber, 2 eggs scrambled.
L: 3 oz chicken breast, broccoli, plum, baby carrots and red pepper slices.
S: 2 cookies (someone brought them to work, yeesh) and a square of dark chocolate. (I'm going to choose not to feel guilty about this - at least it wasn't a whole bar of dark chocolate and it could have been more cookies.)
D: Plain yogurt with berries, kiwi and pumpkin seeds.

I went to the gym and did some strength training (whole body) and then 30 minutes on the arctrainer. Tomorrow I plan to take a rest day from exercise and catch up on housework.

Pretty good day today, crab cake and peas for supper, getting in my water and exercises.

Actually was outside raking a little, chipping up some icebergs, it felt good to beat on them

Best to all

Fat, sick and nearly dead was very inspiring to me and DH. He saw it first then we watched it together, we've watched a bunch ipof different things, like SuperSize me and then Fat Head (I think that's the one where he wanted to disprove SuperSize me) just to be fair.

Our biggest inspiration to really get started a couple years ago was Extreme Makeover Weight Loss edition, I was always worrying after watching about loose skin, but honestly I think they lose too fast, that's why they need skin surgery. It's inspiring to me what people who seem so out of shape can do exercise-wise, that's what is inspiring to me.

I worry about them with injuries, same thing with the Biggest Loser, the last thing I want is an injury. I've been trying to add some HIIT sprinting (well, my sprint ) at the end of my bike session. Time for that now, gotta go.

Hi, Diane! Can I join again? Sorry I come and go... I really admire your ability to prioritize and stick with this thread day in and out. I haven't gone back and read; I hope your health is doing alright.

B: cappuccino with 4 oz whole milk, 1/2 tsp sugar; hot cereal with mashed banana & cinnamon
L: garden salad w 1/2 avocado, no dressing; handful of whole grain chips, homemade chipotle hummus (to die for!)
S: "green" protein shake of kale, spinach, turnip, beet, cucumber, pepper, and vanilla protein powder; handful of nuts
D: 1/2 Chipotle vegetarian burrito
S: 1/2 handful of nuts, 4 peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets
E: 3.5 mile brisk walk, 14 pushups

All good here, trying to shake off some winter regain before spring hits for real.

Indeed, newleaf, Diana is awesome! Welcome by the way.

Yesterday I could have done really bad and cheated terribly, but I only cheated a little. At the science club meeting, we had pizza, and I did have 1 slice. Later at another event, they served tons of this cute and tiny cupcakes and other desserts. I had a cookie and mini cupcake. They were so good! I also ate quite a bit of fruit, nothing excessive though.

I'm not planning on exercise today because I didn't sleep enough and I'm rather stiff. I still might do at the end of today if I'm feeling better.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Spring starts tomorrow. Hopefully the temps will start warming up for some of you.

I didn't add on any yoga last night. We went to visit our friend and got home late.

Calories for yesterday: 1370 +
Weigh In: 164.4
No Change (I was happy about this since we ate at a new restaurant)

Newleaf Welcome back! Great job on the pound!

Have a great day!

Hey everyone!

I've been gone for a few weeks, but I want to get back on track, just like newleaf

A lot has been going on. I have a new grandbaby, then, just a few days after my sweetie was born, my in-laws were in an accident. They are ok, but definitely need extra support because of their injuries, and the car is history. Dh and one daughter are out of the country, doing relief work. So lots is going on.

Today I'm doing an easy indoor bike ride, and trying to stick to 2000 calories today. Not ambitious, I know, but...

Weight was 152.2 yesterday. I haven't weighed myself today.

I'll check in later, and post how I did.

Have a great day!

Diana: Standard Poodles are my favorite grooms. They are smart and are really the only bread that seems to understand grooming. They don't like it but are usually "showy" when it is over. Mini poodles, Scotties and yorkies can be the most difficult for the more elaborate cuts. But I digress.
