Munchy, your link didn't work for me... I do banana ice cream, too:
Frozen banana blended with whatever, for me usually 1 Tbsp sunflower butter and 1 Tbsp cocoa, sometimes 1 Tbsp chocolate chips.
It is creamy and delicious and you can't tell there is no cream or sugar added to this.
For desserts, I also like a handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips, a few mini peppermint patties, a Nonni biscotti, or Brownie Brittle. Not all health food
but they taste good enough and are harmless enough to keep me on track.
