Hey all. I ran errands today, now my son is having a friend over so I won't get to the gym till about 5-6pm. It closes at 7pm on weekends so I'm going to feel rushed.

I found out my favorite nail tech of 5 years quit today so now I have to find a new place to get my nails done. First world problems.

Be back later.

Hi! I've seen this thread a bunch of times, so I thought I'd join in too.

I've been doing pretty well the past few weeks - not eating fast food, not overeating, and exercising when I can. Weekends are always tough, but I got my shopping done today so tomorrow I can prep my meals for the week.

So far, I'm down 5 pounds since last month. Yay!!

This is what I had today. Ended up having WAY more carbohydrate laden food than planned. The crackers and potato chip were because I was cleaning out the pantry and wanted to check if 2 separate boxes of crackers were stale, and if the bag of chips were stale. Then I lamented to my husband that I wanted cupcakes (love cupcakes), and he surprised me by bringing some home! It would have hurt his feelings if I didn't have any. They were good, too If I'd known about the surprise cupcakes, I definitely wouldn't have tried the crackers and chip.

Lunch:
-quesadilla made with a low carb tortilla and cheddar
-grapes

Snack:
-a serving of mixed peanuts, pistachios, and almonds

Dinner:
-Chicken Taco Salad: seasoned, cooked chicken with lettuce, radish, carrot, cabbage, avocado, olives, a little shredded cheddar, and my homemade salsa dressing

Treat:
-1 Ritz cracker
-1 saltine cracker
-1 Sriracha flavored Kettle Chip
-2 tiny (2 bite) cupcakes

My scale was kind today and gave me another 2 lb loss for this week. Goodbye 270's hello 269

My scale is not digital so you will never see my weight shown with a decimal point as many on 3FC do.

Good Morning Everyone!

Last night I added on: Legs up the wall yoga pose while listening to mountain streams CD for 10 minutes

Ha Ha I must have spoke too soon about the 2 off plan days. I am up .4 so that leaves me at a break even from those two days. TTOM is still on. The gain probably has more to do with that, though.

Calories for yesterday: 1445 +
Weigh In: 163.4 (TTOM)
Up: .4

Have a great day!

Congrats on the new decade, Larry!

Today has been a "fast food" out of the fridge so far but I plan to make a big pot of chicken noodle for dinner.

Breakfast and lunch were a repeat of the same foods:
Roasted sweet potatoes, yukon potatoes and green bell pepper
Blob of cottage cheese
Sprinkle of feta
1 (total) coffee with milk.
Dinner:
Chicken noodle soup

Total cals should be around 1153.

Hi Guys,

Im new to this thread. When I joined this forum I was 294 and now Im 295 from 300, I got up to 300 cause after awhile of dieting and working out I started getting lazy and I just stopped everything all together after awhile but on Jan. 16th of this year I started working out and dieting again and I've lost 5 pounds so far. I was always skinny as a kid, I didnt start gaining weight until after high school, While I was in high school I maintained a 120 pound weight all 4 years, Since I didnt have P.E.to do after high school to keep me in shape I just started eating fast food alot and I wasnt in sports prior to high school so I didnt have that to fall back on either so I just didnt know what to do when I graduated high school in 2003 so I just didnt do anything and thats how the weight started piling on. I started gaining weight from May of 2003 until Jan. 16th this year, So it took me 11 years to get to 300 pounds and I know its gonna probably be just as long to get to my goal weight of 150, I know it didnt come on fast and I know its not gonna come off fast. Anyway I look forward to getting to know all of you.

Hi everyone!

Scale was down to 154.4 yesterday, and up to 155.6 this morning. Oh well. I was feeling extra hungry yesterday, and I ate about 2275 calories yesterday. I'm okay with that, because the bike training is extra tough these days. I hope to stay below 2000 calories today. No exercise today - today is a much needed rest day.

Larry: Congrats on the 2 pound loss

IanG: Iím so glad that things are going the right way for you. Sounds like youíre really losing a lot now!

Radiojane: Down a pant size Ė congratulations!

Laciemn: you still stayed under 1500 calories Ėthatís till really good!

Diana: the brook sounds with yoga sounds so relaxing, hope that keeps on working for you!

WahinebytheSea: the snow here is thigh high in our front yard. My exercise is all indoors this time of year.

Coffeeshopgirl: Iím like you, lost five pounds since January. Welcome , and the best in your weight loss efforts.

Best, everyone!
