i'm ending the day pretty well food-wise...I went to a cub scout dinner tonight with tables(!!) of food and passed up everything except some cheese and juice...I really wasn't all that hungry and just tried to stay away from it and realize that i'm TIRED, not hungry...I had a bowl of soup when I got home and a few bites of pie...headed to bed next....TGIF!!

Good Morning, Everyone! TGIF!

Can you believe this month is gone? That's crazy! Not happy about having a 1.6 pound gain for the month. Still working on things and trying, though. Will not give up the fight.

Last night I added on: Improve Digestion from Yoga for Stress Relief

Calories for yesterday: 1370 +
Weigh In: 165.6
Down: .4

Hi water bunny, welcome!

Happy end of Feb hopefully we'll see some spring like weather soon.

Had a good month, didn't quite make my weight loss goal but did ok, made my exercise goal so happy about that.

Today was treat day.

B- egg, sausage, cheese scramble
L- pizza, soup
D- brats, homemade sauerkraut, roasted potatoes
S- chocolate
E- exercise bike

Came here to scope out dinner ideas. I did things backwards today and had spaghetti squash for breakfast and lunch. Maybe I'll go for the eggs on toast for dinner. February didn't show much of a loss but I did start weight training. Yay!
