Where have I been? I dunno. The no cheese thing turned out to be a piece of cake ... no pun intended. I have had a total of 2 slices of cheese all week. I will go one more week and see how I do. I mean, I see no difference in weight or bloaty inches ... which, granted, it's not been a long time ... so I dunno if the deprivation will do me good. It is good, though, to know that I can plug it back into my diet BUT I can also do fine without instead of relying on cheese too heavily.
Really need a whoosh this week but I dunno. Should be TOM soon and hopefully get a woosh then.
Bison burgers sound really delish!

I'm here! It's been a really busy week. Not stressful or anything, but just really busy. Spending the whole day outta the house really wears on ya. Been keeping the calories in check though.
Hope everyone else's week is going well too! Weekend is almost here!

down a pound this morning to 156.4. I'm getting there! TOM seems to have passed me by, or at least deciding to be really late. Whatever, all of a sudden it's not affecting my weight, which is weird.

I also have had nothing new to report really. Staying pat, tho. I was SURE I was going to have a woosh today but maybe this weekend yet. Unfortunately, it doesn't look good for my pool time (rain, rain, rain) so I either have to actually go inside the gym now or run between the raindrops. I dunno. Been really enjoying my laps.
Hopefull I will have something exciting to post later. Keep at it all you lovelies!!
ETA: Yay! 12 hours later, I got my woosh!!! 12 pounds til goal!

156.4 again this morning - after having Thai food last night and a couple drinks, even.
We're going to ride our bikes in an hour...25 miles today.

after the weekend and a 2 pound water gain, I am back to 156.4 and it's only Tuesday! Plus, TOM is finally showing up today. Rode 20 miles last night and going to ride 20 more tonight

Went out to eat with my buddies yesterday....while fun, I was completely at a loss at what to put for calories. Even though what I had wasn't unhealthy necessarily, I suck at estimating!! Luckily, I had plenty of time at the gym afterwards to burn off 683 of them.
I hope everyone is surviving this humidity. It's nasty in Virginia. =P

Well, I was hoping to start losing faster than 3-4 pounds a month but not so. Not complaining exactly but was hoping since I am eating on plan.
Unfortunately, I think that means I am probably eating more or less at maintenance levels. Just a little bit below perhaps but close. Since I am calling "goal" in 12 more pounds, I think I will have to go on a "diet" to get there and focus more on calories than I have been. For me and the way I eat, that will mean cutting back on "treats". I have resisted the idea of telling myself I can't have something because I don't want to feel deprived; but I'm so close, I feel I can do it.
In any event, I will give myself a deadline. To that end, I will do it for the month of August and see how it goes. One month of being "perfect".

Hello ladies,
I'm back from vacation. Family reunion went well. Did eat more but i dont think i went too crazy. I have to go back and read pass threads to see what everyone is doing. Been doing a lot of clean up after vacation trying to get back to normal routine. The scale says i'm up to 161. I'm hoping that it is mostly water weight. I will start easing back into my normal eating. I am giving myself til monday to get organize and get the right food back in the house.
Hope everyone ist doing well. I try to catch up my reading in next few days.
