Default First Weigh in of the year and it sucks

So, I finally did my first weigh in of the year...and I hit 200 lbs. I thought that I had been doing good....but I guess not. So I will just continue on my journey and tell myself I CAN DO IT!!!

Don't worry about it too much. I think the whole Christmas and new year season is tough on all people trying to lose weight. Just focus on the future. We're the same height and similar weight (I'm about 10 lbs more than you), so I know how frustrating it can seem, especially for someone short, but keep going. I'm sure you'll hit your stride again

The holidays suck because of the weight gain. I'd been maintaining for a couple of months, now I've gained between 3-5 pounds in just over a month.

Just get back on track and it will come off.

MINI GOALS:
1. 196 lbs = "Overweight" BMI of 29.8 MET GOAL!!
2. 178 lbs = Lowest Weight in 13 years, BMI of 27.1 MET GOAL!!
3. 164 lbs = "Normal Weight" BMI of 24.9
4. 145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
MAINTENANCE GOAL:
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs
