Hi guys, I'm new here and just starting a diet and workout plan. I've done so many over the past few years but was always stressed at school so gained anything I lost. This time around though, I've a few months off and I think I can do it :-)
Hi I to would love to join this forum. I started out at 210 lbs in 2012 and through diet and exercise now weigh !97 lbs. Going to start the IP diet this weekend ...just praying for the strength to follow it 100%.
i was not paying attention to diet or exercise at all.. unfortunately i have lost more weight due to a very difficult time in my personal life.. everything kind of flies through me these days. so no matter how skinny i get, i am not really in the mood for celebrating
Fifth weight in: 193.4! I was hoping for 192 but oh well...
I've been sick last week so I didn't eat, and went out to have an awesome salad that probably had a few more calories/carbs than it should and so it goes. I think I was getting my hopes too high. But I'm still making progress and hopefully next week I'm down to 190 or out of it.

Initial weigh-in 1/20 = 223.1
1/27 = 220.4 = a loss of 2.7#
2/3 = 216.9 = a loss of 3.5# = total -6.2
2/10 = 216.9 = no change = total -6.2
2/17 = 216.9 = no change = total -6.2
2/24 = 216.8 = a loss of .1# = total -6.3
Hey all, I base my weight loss on the lowest number of the scale [matter is neither created nor destroyed but transferred from one energy state to another] so I know a loss is a real loss, but a gain can be from anything.
well, I get so excited when I see a new low. today's was 210.0
something interesting about it..three days ago I weighed 215.8. Then the next day I woke up at 212.8, the next day woke up at 213.0 I went about my normal business but was exhausted and took a long nap...woke up from the nap and just felt different...211.6? I lost a pound during the day? I ate dinner and went to bed...and woke up at 210 today.
so happy dance. I may make my goal to see 209 by the end of February. If not, I will keep keeping on.
