I lost 2 pounds this week. There's a chance I'm at 190, my scale kept saying 190 over and over, but based on what I ate this week, losing 3 pounds seemed unlikely. I tried weighing myself holding different heavy items, then putting the objects down and it kept saying 190. Then I had my husband step on the scale, weighed myself again, and it said 191. 191 is what I'm going with
