    That's wonderful Liz! But more so is losing a 100 lbs! How did you do it?!!!

    Unfortunately not lost any this week. It's been a tough one full of doubt and frustration. Hopefully will do better this week. At least I haven't gained?

    I'm going to start journaling how I feel each to to see if there is a pattern or anything. Anyone else find this useful?

  • Hi Mountain Mamma! Sorry, I just saw your reply to my post, and yes I'm close to goal but this last bit of weight seems to be the hardest to lose. I guess I will be weighing in first for my day too, lol!

  • Hi everyone! I'm going to attempt to be a little more accountable for myself, given I last logged in September 2013...oops!

    I did do relatively okay during that time frame though. Since I fluctuated but still ended up at a loss since the last time I logged in.

    Anyway my start weight for the weekly weigh-in:

    1/13: 151.8lb

    This week's weigh in was 188.8 - down 9.2 pounds.
  • I'd like to join! I was doing the daily weigh-ins but I think weekly works better for me. I also gained from late Oct to Dec so I'm trying to get back down to my ticker weight. I weigh in on Saturdays.

    Jan SW: 195.0
    Jan GW: 189.0 (-6.0)

    1/04/14: 195.0
    1/11/14: 193.0 (-2.0)
    1/18/14: 192.3 (-0.7)

    Total Jan Loss: -2.7 lbs

  • I'd like to join this thread, what a great idea! For the time being, I'm going to try weighing myself once a week. This may change later on. I'm going to weigh myself on Sunday mornings. Here are my past weigh ins since the beginning of January, sorry they aren't once a week exactly.

    1/1/14: 200 lbs
    1/8/14: 197 lbs
    1/19/14: 195 lbs

    I've lost 5 lbs so far this month and am fairly happy with that. The past week was difficult and I lost 2 lbs in 11 days. Not the best, but I most definitely would not qualify it as bad. Monday was a good day, hoping for a good week!
