TrayTeam, add more water in one day or maybe a few extra calories and surprise your body and see what happens that may get the scale to move ... or give it a few days doing what you know works and something has got to move. I surely don't want you to be stuck in the decade only for a .2 that would drive me nuts I think if I were you I may even do all of my water, a protein shake for breakfast, salad and protein for lunch, and then another protein shake for dinner. I'll bet that scale would move then
I was 166.2 yesterday a new low this time around, but I'm up .4 today to 166.6. I am going to the gym this evening but don't know how well I will do since I haven't been in 26 days. But I am hoping to see 165 which will be my lowest weight in 3.5 years. That would be a great way to finish the month off
that we both see a new LOWER number in the morning

Yesterday I gave blood, and I was worried, because the last time I did I was 20 pounds heavier. I came out fine, but made sure that I was well hydrated and also ate enough to compensate.
TrayTeam, glad you felt fine after donating blood. I actually weighed in this morning at 165.6 I am only .6 away from my low on 9/24/10 of 165.
I have decided that I want to be 156 by my birthday on 4/14. So I have 44 days to get there Wish me luck Your 160 makes me smile, I can't wait to get close to that number

I don't want to stay here too long so I booked marked a spot in an old thread for the 150's ... hoping to revamp it by the time I get there so I'm not alone I am claiming it by my birthday in April My new challenge is to get to 156 by 4/14. I have two ladies joining me on the Slow Carb thread that I post on ... feel free to join in the more the merrier
Thanks ... and I hope to wash it out soon I just ate 1.5 apples with cinnamon and the carb count said 34 for each apple. I wanted something sweet and figured that was the best way to go. Hope I didn't just blow my day. They also have 5g of fiber. I'm sure I'll eat the other half at some point today
I've been absent from the boards for a couple of months... and somehow must have managed to get down to 165.5 during that time. Although I'm back up to 165.9 today, but then again the month started with a birthday party and a semi-scheduled girls' night out (well, I guess we all know how these things go )...
So anyway, I'd love to join you all for a (hopefully little) while

Sounds good! Although I'll admit I'd be more than happy if I could make it down to 159.9 till then. For some reason my pace seems to have slowed down a bit... (or am I just getting a teensy bit impatient? )
