Blah - back up to 172 for three days and it just won't budge. Hoping to be able to take a nice walk after work.

170.4 today ... so almost there unless I botch it up somehow! I had cereal and blueberries with soymilk for breakfast; corn thins with a laughing cow lite wedge for a snack; packed a salad with chicken and reduced fat dressing and grapes for lunch. I have a Fiber One 90-calorie bar for an afternoon snack and am planning on ratatouille and some sort of protein (chicken or fish) for dinner.

170.0 today, so I'm getting there. Hoping to graduate to the 160s after today! See you there (I hope!).

I've been up and down all week. At the highest I made it to 181! I'm down to 178.4 today. Getting back on track.

Oh, heck. 170.2 today. So frustrating, as I was very careful with what I ate yesterday and was sure to drink lots of water too.

Good morning 177.6 this morning- as the weekend approaches, the more I start to worry, does anyone have any tips not to royally screw up on the weekends?

Ohhh thank goodness!! I was going crazy looking for a get out of the 170's thread!
Today I'm 175.4. I was stuck at 178 for quite a bit there. Excited to be going down in numbers.

I'm still hanging in the 170s. I was down to 169. something the other morning, but the next day was right back up in the 170s. Today's weigh-in showed 170.6. It never ceases to amaze me how weight comes down in tenths of a pound, s-l-o-w-l-y, but one piece of cake at a kids' birthday party can shoot you up two pounds in one day. And that is what happened to me this past weekend.

Well I am on the verge of going into the 80's with my pregnancy so I thought I just about fit in - well for the next week anyway.

Gained 2.5 pounds this week and hoping to be a bit more healthy this week apart from a trip to the fair at the weekend and I really need to get some exercise in. But with long hours working and natural pregnancy tiredness it is hard work

Still here, mostly b/c we have been eating out too much lately and I haven't been very good about exercising. Actually, my 3 year old is helping me walk the dogs, so I don't get to run them as much.

Oh well, I've been back on track this week. Even resisted the temptation to get a pizza on the way home yesterday (there was a big fire next door and my husband didn't get a chance to start dinner before I got home due to all of the commotion) and made ham sandwiches with strawberries on the side.
